Residents are also rewarded on their spend in the neighborhood using any linked card at restaurants, fitness studios, ride-share partners, and other retailers – unlocking new revenue for our Alliance partner ecosystem.

Properties can leverage Bilt's valuable points currency to drive key resident behaviors including early lease renewals, autopay, and more with automated incentive point campaigns. Bilt Points are a top-rated points currency that can be redeemed towards travel (airlines & hotels), lifestyle (Amazon, fitness classes), and housing (rent credits, and even towards a down payment).
