Attendance Guidelines
To ensure a meaningful experience for all participants and accommodate limited capacity, attendance will be restricted in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility
Attendees must hold the title of Asset Manager or above.
2. Client Attendance Allocation
For firms with properties managed by Greystar, attendance is allocated based on the number of managed properties:
- 10 or more properties - Up to 4 attendees
- 5 to 9 properties - Up to 3 attendees
- 3 to 4 properties - Up to 2 attendees
- 1 to 2 properties - 1 attendee
